MP8642DU-LF-Z Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 32 terminations were made. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 2 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 600kHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 12V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. Voltage can be produced at 20V volts by voltage regulator. In order to operate voltage regulator, 32 pins are required. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 800mV volts. A maximum output current of 3A A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. 20V's maximal output voltage allows adjusting voltage regulator to operate easily. As a result, it is able to provide adjusting voltage regulator a maximum output voltage of 20V. DC-DC switching regulator with supply voltage 23V.
