MP6400DG-15-LF-Z Overview

There should be no more than 6V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector.
