Shipments can be made in the direction of Tape & Reel (TR) .Packing in 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad makes transportation convenient.The Surface Mount mounting method is universal for easy adaptation.Among other applications, this power management targets Handheld/Mobile Devices .Ensure that the operating temperature of the power management ic is set to -40°C~125°C in order to prevent malfunctions.For its operation, this power management requires 1.8V~5.5V voltage.In order to mount the integrated power supplies on PCBs or other boards, it has a Surface Mount .An operating voltage of 28μA is required for this power management ic.It is recommended that the power ic receives its supply current at 28μA .Temperature higher than 125°C is not recommended.A temperature below -40°C is not suitable for the ic power supply.
