MP4569GN Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package to save space. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.5V. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 1V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 300mA output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 75V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. DC DC switching regulator is able to operate in an easy way on the basis of the maximal output voltage of 67.5V.
