MP4566DD-LF-P Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There is a 8-TFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 600mA output current. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 36V. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 1V. Based on the maximal adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage of 28.8V, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily. An output voltage of 28.8V is provided by this regulator voltage. Stable operation of switching regulator is possible because of the high operating temperature 85°C limit. To ensure reliability, the voltage regulator 12v operates at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. With a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V, DC DC switching regulator can support a wide range of applications. An output voltage of 36V is maximum for this voltage regulator 12v. Powered by a 35μA supply current, this DC-DC switching regulator works as a converter between DC and DC.
