MP3115DT-LF-Z Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. There are 6 terminations in this voltage regulator. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. The space-saving SOT-23-6 package is available for this voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1.3MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 200mA output current. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 2.5V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 2.5V. A maximum voltage of 4V can be obtained from the regulator voltage.
