MP2498DV-LF-P Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There is a 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 150kHz~2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 6.5V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 2A output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 30V. There should be at least a 800mV volt output voltage for this switching regulator in order to make it work properly. On the basis of the maximum output voltage of 15V, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily. An output voltage of 15V is provided by this regulator voltage. This voltage regulator allows stable operation due to its high maximum operating temperature 125°C. The voltage regulator 12v must operate at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C in order to remain reliable. Input voltages as low as 6.5V can be used for DC DC switching regulator. This DC-DC switching regulator is designed to sustain a 30V input voltage at its maxium.
