MP2314SGJ-Z Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Regulator 4.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4.5V. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 2A. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 24V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V. By using the 22.8V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily.
