MP2225GJ-P Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 500kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 4.5V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 5A output current. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 18V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to NOT SPECIFIED being indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided. Based on the maximal adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage of 17V, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily.
