MP2174CGG-P Overview
In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 12-PowerVFQFN package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 1.1MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 4A output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V.
