MP1494DJ-LF-P Overview
It uses the Cut Tape (CT) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There is a SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 500kHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts. The output current of 2A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 16V. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 800mV at the very least. The maximal output voltage of 13V allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation. It provides the adjusting voltage regulator's maximal output voltage of 13V. By requiring a minimum voltage of 4.5VV, adjusting voltage regulator reliable performance is guaranteed. This voltage regulator allows stable operation due to its high maximum operating temperature 125°C. Reliability is ensured by operating at -40°C, the DC DC switching regulator's minimum operating temperature. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V is supported by the voltage regulator. It is designed to sustain a dc to dc voltage regulator's maximum 16V input voltage.
