MP1493DS-LF Overview
Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.805V. DC DC switching regulator's 3A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 16V. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 12V for the purposes of operation. At 13V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. During switching regulator operation, 8 pins are used. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 805mV at the very least. As a result, it is able to provide adjusting voltage regulator a maximum output voltage of 13V. Using 300kHz as the adjusting voltage regulator's switching frequency can improve reliability.
