MP1474SGJ-P Overview
It uses the Cut Tape (CT) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 500kHz switching frequencies. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. The output current of 2A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 16V. A voltage of 15V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. In order for this switching regulator to work properly, the output voltage should be at least 800mVV. 15.2V's maximal output voltage allows adjusting voltage regulator to operate easily. As a result, it is able to provide adjusting voltage regulator a maximum output voltage of 15.2V. Stable operation of switching regulator is ensured by the high maximum operating temperature 125°C. In order to ensure DC DC switching regulator's reliability, it operates at the minimum operating temperature of -40°C. It supports a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. 16V input voltage is supported at its maximum by this voltage regulator 12v. Powered by a 500μA supply current, this DC-DC switching regulator works as a converter between DC and DC.
