MA700GQ-P Overview
To protect the linear position measuring sensors, they are packaged in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad packages. The electronic component is packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). During normal operation, the angle position measuring sensors should be operated at -40°C. However, angle position measurement sensors may not operate at temperatures above 125°C.
