MA300GQ-P Overview
Sensors for measuring linear position are packaged in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad packages for protection. The electronic component in question is packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). During normal operation, the angle position measuring sensors should be operated at -40°C. Angle position sensors, however, are not permitted to operate above 125°C.
