MA100GQ-P Overview
Linear position measuring sensors are packaged in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad packages to protect them. The electronic component is packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). In order to ensure the angle position measuring sensors function normally, you can set the minimum operating temperature to -40°C. The operating temperature of angle position measuring sensors cannot exceed 125°C.
