HR2000GS Overview
For greater flexibility, the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.Tube is the form of the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 10V~12V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is mounted.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 600V.
