UXD20K Overview
RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 0Hz~26GHz.Due to the enhanced 24-TFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .Tray package is used for this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.This RF modulator needs to operate at 130mA RF modulator's supply current in order to deliver its performance.
