M2GL150-FC1152 Overview
Fpga chips is supplied in the 1152-BBGA, FCBGA package. This kind of FPGA is composed of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY. A total of 574 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner.
