M2GL025-1FCSG325 Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 324-LFBGA, CSPBGA package and X package. This kind of FPGA is composed of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY. A total of 180 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. Logic blocks consist of 27696 logic elements/cells. 1.2V volts power it.
