In this device, the DC current gain is 40 @ 150mA 10V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.Saturation of VC means the Ic value is at its maximum, so vce saturation (Max) is 5V @ 15mA, 150mA.Emitter base voltages of 7V can achieve high levels of efficiency.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 500mA volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
