Repetitive reverse voltage is the maximum voltage the diode can withstand in reverse-bias mode, and for this device, the maximum repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) is 60V.During the 'ON' state, the holding current (hypostatic) can be 30mA, as it is the minimum current which must pass through a circuit for it to stay in the 'on' state.
