AX250-1PQG208M Overview
Fpga chips is supplied in the 208-BFQFP package. An FPGA of this type is made up of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY gates. This device features 115 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. Supply voltage is 1.5V volts. A Field Programmable Gate Arrays-series FPGA part. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. Fpga chips operates at a voltage of 1.425V~1.575V and uses a battery to supply power. FPGAs belonging to the Axcelerator series are a type of FPGA that belong to the Axcelerator series of FPGAs. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -55°C~125°C TA when operating. This device is equipped with 248 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tray for the sake of space saving. As a whole, it has 208 terminations. A device like this one offers 55296 RAM bits, which is a considerable amount of memory. Its base part number AX250 can be used to find parts that are related to it. The RAM si6.8kBe of this FPGA module reaches 6.8kB to ensure normal operation of the program. There are 208 pins on this device. Fpga electronics contains 4224 LABs/CLBs in an array. In my opinion, this FPGA could produce fantastic results if mounted in Surface Mount, provided that its specifications are followed. Its flexibility is fully utilized when operated with a supply voltage of 1.5V. 250000 gates make up the basic block of its construction. Fpga semiconductor is important to note that the data is stored and transferred in 2816 different registers. High efficiency is achieved by operating at a frequency of 763MHz.
