AGL600V2-CS281 Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 281-TFBGA, CSBGA package and X package. The I/Os are designed to facilitate a more coherent transfer of data. A fundamental building block is made up of 13824 logic elements/cells. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. This device is powered by a 1.14V~1.575V battery. As part of the IGLOO series of FPGAs, it is a type of FPGA. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C TA when operating. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tray. This device has 110592 RAM bits, which is the number of RAM bits that this device offers. In order to find related parts, you can use its base part number AGL600. This FPGA module has a RAM si13.5kBe of 13.5kB that is sufficient to make sure that the program is able to run normally. 281 pins are designed into the device. In order for this FPGA to work properly in accordance with its specifications, it is necessary that it is mounted in Surface Mount. In operation with 1.5V, designers can take advantage of its flexibility to the fullest extent. As a result of the design of this module, the maximum operating temperature reaches 70°C. Fpga electronics is necessary to maintain an operating temperature higher than 0°C. Among its basic building blocks, there are 600000 gates that are included in it. Fpga semiconductor can accept a maximum voltage of 1.575V volts as a supply voltage. The device can function at a minimum voltage of 1.14V. In fact, this FPGA is capable of reaching a speed of 250MHz. Fpga semiconductor operates on 30μA of supply current. There is a device package provided by 281-CSP (10x10) as its supplier.
