AGL400V2-CS196 Overview
A 196-TFBGA, CSBGA package is provided with this component. The device has 143 I/O ports for more coherent data transfer. Logic elements/cells form the fundamental building block of a computer. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector. The supply voltage of the device is 1.14V~1.575V , at which it runs. An FPGA belonging to the IGLOO series is referred to as an FPGA. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within 0°C~70°C TA when operating. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tray for the purpose of saving space. This device is equipped with 55296 RAM bits in terms of its RAM si55296e. Related parts can be found by using its base part number AGL400. There is a maximum RAM si6.8kBe of 6.8kB on this FPGA module, which is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the program. In this case, there are 196 pins on the board. I think, as long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could perform excellently according to its specifications as long as you mount it in Surface Mount. Its flexibility can be fully utilized when operating with a 1.5V supply voltage. This module can reach a maximum operating temperature of 70°C when operating at its maximum power. There should be a temperature difference between 0°C and the operating temperature. As a basic building block, fpga semiconductor consists of 400000 gates. A maximum voltage of 1.575V can be supplied to it. The device can function at a minimum voltage of 1.14V. There is a possibility that this FPGA will be able to reach a speed of 250MHz. A 27μA supply current is used for its operation. The supplier of the device package is 196-CSP (8x8).
