A1415A-2PL84I Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: PLCC package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. The supply voltage is 5V volts. In total, it has 84 terminations on each end. The 5V supply voltage provides designers with full flexibility in their designs. During its maximal operating temperature, this module reaches 85°C. In order to achieve -40°C, the operating temperature must be higher than -40°C. The data is stored and transferred using 264 registers that are used for this purpose. The FPGA implements the design by using 1500 equivalent gates in order to achieve the desired result.
