UPD301AT-I/KYX Overview
There is a copy of it in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is easy to carry thanks to its Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped packaging. A temperature of -40°C~85°C should be maintained for reliable operation. The 1.62V~5.25VV power source is all you need to use it. The terminations in it can be broken down into 40's. Providing a voltage of 1.8V leads to high efficiency. It is currently possible to obtain 23.84mA. There are currently 2 channels available for use. This device has a maximum supply voltage (Vsup) set to 1.98V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.62V so the device can function normally.
