UPD301A-I/KYX Overview
The 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains it. To ensure reliable operation, the temperature should be regulated to -40°C~85°C. It should be able to operate on a 1.62V~5.25VV power supply. In it, there are 40 terminations. High efficiency is possible with a supply voltage of 1.8V. Currently, there is 23.84mA supply. There are currently 2 channels available. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is set to 1.98V. For normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.62V.
