TCM812SERCTR Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. There are TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. Power management has a total of 4 pins. The pins of the power management system count 4. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1.1V for this PMIC. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 4.75μA. You can always use TCM812S, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
