It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR-type IC. Due to its NOT SPECIFIED high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 5V is provided. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the TC7660S family of products. There should be a voltage regulator's maximum operating temperature of 85°C or less. A DC DC switching regulator's minimum operating temperature of -40°C should be exceeded. In order for this harley voltage regulator to function properly, it has a maximum switching frequency of 45kHz. In the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family, this part palys an important role in DC DC switching regulator's traget applications. Unique technique can be used to allow DC DC switching regulator's input voltages with maximal values of 12V. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 1.5V is permitted by this switching regulator.
