TC7660SEJA Overview
It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. There is a 8-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Through Hole-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 10kHz~45kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 1.5V. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to -Vin 2Vin. DC DC switching regulator's 20mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 12V.
