For greater flexibility, the PDIP package is adopted.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There are 8 component pins on the board.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 85°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.For operation, 16V is the maximum supply voltage.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.
