TC1044SEOA Description
TC1044SEOA developed by Microchip Technology is a type of charge pump DC-to-DC voltage converter. It is a pin-compatible upgrade to the Industry standard TC7660. With only two low cost capacitors, it is able to convert a +1.5V to +12V input to a corresponding –1.5V to –12V output, which eliminates inductors and their associated cost, size and EMI. High voltage operation is allowed requiring no external diode. It is available in the 8-Pin SOIC package to save board space.
