SY89531LHC Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-TQFP Exposed Pad package. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 500MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock PLL works with 1.6V~3.6V supply voltage provided. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be 0°C~85°C.
