As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the SOT-23 package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. 6 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. This is a TELECOM CIRCUIT telecom clock PLL with hitless switching, holdover and jitter.
