Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. It contains 6 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 2.5V voltage should be applied. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. It consists of a digital clock generator with hitless switching, holdover, and jitter characteristics.
