PL663-18DC Overview
The Box method is used for packaging clock ICs. The Die package contains this clock generator. Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 280MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.25V~3.63V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be 0°C~70°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVPECL logic levels is presented here. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Frequency Multiplier component.
