PL610C2-D5 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Box package is used. Die contains this Clock PLL. Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 60MHz maximum. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock PLL works with 1.62V~3.63V supply voltage provided. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. LVCMOS is designed for clock generator's output. And basically, this clock generator is often classified as a kind of Other Analog ICs.
