As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Box method. The Die package contains this clock generator. Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 60MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock PLL works with 1.62V~3.63V supply voltage provided. The ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVCMOS logic.
