PL560-38QC Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 320MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 2.97V~3.63V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C. It's compatible with LVPECL logic levels. According to the base part number PL560, its related parts can be found. A frequency generator with 0°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. At a temperature of 70°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. A voltage of more than 3.63V will not be suitable for powering this clock generator. This clock generator ic requires a voltage supply no lower than 2.97V. By operating at a frequency of 80MHz, frequency generator is able to achieve high efficiency. In this case, we are referring to the load capacitance which is 15pF.
