PL500-37DC Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Box method. In the Die package, there is an embedded clock generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Crystal. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. Providing a maximum frequency of 130MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There should be 2.25V~3.63V provided with this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be 0°C~70°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CMOS, TTL logic levels.
