MICRF213AYQS Overview
The 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes RF Receiver as a convenience.Basically, RF transmitter and receiver is package in a way that is equivalent to Tube.There is 3V~3.6V voltage supply for this RF Receiver.Most of its uses are found in ISM, Garage Door Openers, RKE.Ideally, the temperature should not be higher than 105°C.It is recommended to operate at a temperature higher than -40°C.The system is highly efficient when working at a frequency of 300MHz~350MHz.
