The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes RF Receiver as a convenience.A Tube package of RF transmitter and receiver is used to package.Its supply voltage is 4.75V~5.5V.It finds its uses in RKE mainly.It is recommended that the operating temperature not exceed 85°C.Temperatures higher than -40°C should be used for operation.It performs extremely well at a frequency of 300MHz~440MHz.
