MIC9131BM Overview
There are 1 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. The alternator regulator is packaged in a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) container to facilitate transportation. It's ready to ship in Tube packages. There is a general voltage output of 4.7V~5V from this power supply regulator. Surface Mount Universal mount that facilitates easy adaptation. There are a number of applications targeted at Controller, Telecom. To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C.
