MIC8114TU TR Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please refer to power management for TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MIC8114, the base power ics number.
