MIC803-46D3VM3-TR Overview

The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~125°C TJ. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. Supplied with a operating current of 4.5μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified.
