MIC5841YWM-TR Description
MIC5841YWM-TR developed by Microchip Technology is a type of 8-bit serial-input latched driver. It is fabricated based on BiCMOS technology to be used in a wide variety of peripheral power driver applications. A minimum output breakdown voltage rating of 80V (50V sustaining) can be ensured when operating to offer premium performance. With its 500mA outputs and integral transient-suppression diodes, the MIC5841YWM-TR driver can be used with lamps, relays, solenoids and other inductive loads.
