A total of 1outputs are supported by this voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) to facilitate transportation. In Tape & Reel (TR) package, ready for shipping. Volatge output for this voltage controller is Programmable. Easy adaptability thanks to Surface Mount universal mount. There are a number of applications targeted at Controller, DDR3, GDDR3/4/5. In order to avoid malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C. The variable voltage regulator input voltage is designed to be 1.35V~6V. If you are looking for pin-to-pin solutions for a specific application, please search MIC5162. There is a Surface Mount on the board for mounting to a PCB or other board. A power supply regulator with 10pins is present. A temperature lower than -40°Cis not suitable for the shunt regulator. The temperature should not exceed 125°C. There must be an input voltage higher than 1.35Vin order to operate this rectifier regulator. As a maximum, rectifier regulator produces a current of 25mA.
