MIC4930YFL-T5 Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 10 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 10-VDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of Up to 3.3MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.7V as an input voltage. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.625V.
