MIC4607-2YTS Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its TSSOP package.The configuration is based on 28 terminations.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the operating temperature.There should be an increase in temperature over the minimum value of -40°C.
